Service Agreements

Service Appointments

When you schedule service with us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your heating system
  • Ensure safe access to your property and heating equipment
  • Be present during scheduled service times or provide authorized access
  • Provide advance notice for appointment cancellations (minimum 24 hours)

Workmanship Guarantee

We provide the following guarantees on our work:

  • 90-day parts and labor guarantee on all repair work
  • Manufacturer warranty on new installations plus our service guarantee
  • One-year guarantee on cleaning and maintenance services

Pricing and Payment

Service Fees

Our current pricing structure includes:

  • Diagnostic and service call fees as listed on our website
  • Emergency service premiums for after-hours, weekend, and holiday calls
  • Parts and materials at current market rates
  • Labor charges as quoted for specific services

Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

  • Payment due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • Finance options available for major installations
  • Returned check fees may apply

Warranties and Disclaimers

Limited Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Third-Party Equipment

We are not responsible for failures or issues with third-party equipment, parts, or materials not installed by us. Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment we install, subject to manufacturer terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strom Furnace Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Emergency Services

Our 24/7 emergency services are subject to:

  • Emergency service call fees and premium pricing
  • Availability may be limited during severe weather conditions
  • Safety prioritization - safety-related emergencies receive priority response
  • Emergency services may require immediate payment or deposit

Cancellations and Refunds

Service cancellations are subject to:

  • 24-hour advance notice required for cancellation without charge
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a service call fee
  • Emergency service cancellations may not be eligible for refund
  • Refunds for completed services are not typically provided

Privacy and Data Protection

Intellectual Property
